1. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. One account is allowed per player. Duplicate accounts may be closed and prizes voided. You are responsible for password security and must notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

2. Real-Money Skill-Based Gaming

Funds may be deposited using approved payment methods. Deposited money becomes withdrawable Cash and may be used to enter skill-based cash tournaments. Promotional credits are subject to applicable promotional terms and cannot be withdrawn directly.

Game outcomes are determined by each player's skill, including timing reel stops on paylines, managing limited spins and the countdown timer, and earning and using boosters. Outcomes are not determined by a random number generator. To ensure fairness, both competitors receive the same reels, symbols, and booster opportunities.

3. Withdrawals and Processing

Withdrawals are processed through Instant Bank Transfer or other approved methods. Minimum withdrawal is $10. Maximum daily withdrawal starts at $40 and may increase by approved tier or account status. Withdrawals under $10 may incur a $1.50 fee.

Deposited cash must be used in at least one real-money skill-based competition before withdrawal eligibility. Promotional credits and pending promotional prizes are non-withdrawable. We may review withdrawal requests for security and may request additional verification.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Using VPNs or other tools to bypass geo-restrictions or manipulate game results.
• Collusion, bonus abuse, arbitrage, chargeback abuse, or any form of fraud.
• Misuse of any re-challenge, rematch, promotional, or account feature.
• Reverse engineering, copying, or unauthorized use of game assets, software, or trademarks.

5. Responsible Play and Self-Exclusion

You may set deposit limits, spending limits, session time limits, or self-exclusion controls from your account dashboard where available. If you have concerns about your play, use these account controls or contact support.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and disputes relating to the platform or games are governed by Colorado law and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Except for eligible small-claims matters and intellectual-property injunctive relief, disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider under consumer arbitration rules. Claims may be brought only individually, not as a class, collective, or representative proceeding.

7. Eligibility and Excluded Jurisdictions

The platform is offered only to individuals who meet age and eligibility requirements and access it from jurisdictions where real-money skill-based competitions are lawful. The platform is void where prohibited.

8. Additional Terms

Phototaxis Guild Inc or its licensors own all game assets, trademarks, software, and graphics. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or legal requirements. These Terms may be updated with posted notice and an updated effective date. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
